Sylvia Lynch is the USAID Policy Fellow in International Programs and joined PRB in 2018. She is seconded to the Office of Population and Reproductive Health within the United States Agency for International Development (USAID). At USAID, she works on compliance and policy support. Lynch previously worked on research about the gendered experience of women with albinism in Cameroon and Tanzania. She holds a bachelor s degree in international and global studies from Middlebury College.
