Stacey comes to us from Tribalco, a federal government contracting agency, where she served as Director of HR. Her tenure there lasted 5 years. Her duties and responsibilities included managing the full range of HR functions for U.S. and international employees including onboarding, separations, performance management, compensation, benefits, employee relations, policy/process development, professional development and employee rewards program.
Stacey s educational background includes a Bachelor s of Science in Business Administration from Millersville University, a Master s of Science in Human Resource Management from the University of Maryland University College and a Master s of Business Administration from the University of Maryland University College. She is also certified by the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) as a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP).
