Shelley Megquier is a public health and international development specialist who manages communication and advocacy activities in countries throughout sub-Saharan Africa. Megquier leads capacity-building efforts in close collaboration with in-country partners and spearheads the production of PRB publications and multimedia products on a range of technical subjects. She joined PRB with a rich background in gender and development work, including experience leading advocacy campaigns. She has experience working in Kenya, Thailand, Peru, and Burkina Faso, as well as in the United States. Directly prior to joining PRB, Megquier completed a gender analysis for an organization supporting Malian refugees in Burkina Faso.
