Kyler Sherman-Wilkins is an assistant professor of sociology at Missouri State University, where he teaches classes in research methodology, statistics for social research, population analysis, and social inequality in health and aging. He describes himself as a social demographer who seeks to understand the ways that social environments and institutions shape health and aging trajectories and social disparities throughout a person s life. He was a 2016 PRB Policy Communications Fellow and currently sits on the Government and Public Affairs and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion committees of the Population Association of America.
