Kaitlyn Patierno's focus is on the demographic dividend, equity, and advancing universal access to family planning. From 2010 to 2015 Patierno worked at the United States Agency for International Development, where she provided oversight for the Africa Bureau s family planning and health system strengthening portfolios, strategic and operational support for Africa Bureau policy objectives, and technical assistance for health programs in the Africa Region field missions. She holds an Master of Public Health in maternal and child health from the University of California at Berkeley and a bachelor s in international relations from The George Washington University.
